Personal income tax return, which includes 

• Federal and state filings, with all schedules

• Cryptocurrency transaction reporting

• Personalized and actionable tax forecast for the coming tax year to maximize after-tax income

• Audit Protection covers the civil audit period, three years from the filing date. If your return is audited, Legion will provide you with a qualified person (but not an attorney) to represent you before the tax authority should such tax authority question the accuracy of your return.  

Year Round Tax Planning

• Updated tax plan three times a year

• Advanced tax strategies to maximize your passive income and permit early retirement

• Included with most business advisor engagements

• We'll create a custom service based on your needs and desired outcomes

Annual Bookkeeping for your Schedule C, E, or F

• We handle your annual books in preparation for the tax return

1099 Preparation

• We handle your 1099's to make sure you stay compliant

Business Advisory

• You present a problem or we find a problem with your business, then we propose a solution and subsequent engagement to get you back running at best practice.

Partnerships, S Corp, C Corp, Multi-member LLC, Non-profits,  Gift Tax, Trust & Estate Tax Returns  - 4,000 or higher depending upon needs. It will be a part of your overall business advisory engagement.

Virtual Chief Financial Officer Services - Business Advisory Engagements - 400 to 1750 a week. Depending on the service plan.

Full-Service Payroll

This service is included in most of our business advisor engagements or as a standalone service. 

All local, state, and federal quarterly reports, such as form 941, state withholding, and SUTA-related quarterly reports. Year-end reports such as 1099-Misc, 1096, W-3, 940, SUTA year-end, and W-2s. In addition, any applicable new hire reporting, benefits, and garnishment management. 1099-Misc reporting requires either client-provided payout totals or a subscription to Legion Controller Services.
